What are Microgreens?
Microgreens are young plants that are harvested at an early stage, typically after just 10 days of growth. What types of mushrooms do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of mushrooms, including common varieties such as blue, gold and pink, king trumpet, tree and white elm oyster mushrooms. We also carry more exotic options like lion’s mane, maitake, chestnut, and chanterelle mushrooms.
Are your mushrooms and microgreens organic?
We are not certified organic, however, we grow our microgreens and mushrooms using organic methods without the use of any type of fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide. Our grain is sourced locally from Hugo, Colorado and the mushroom substraight is a mixture of organic soybean hulls and oakwood sawdust.
How do you ensure the quality and freshness of your mushrooms?
We grow our mushrooms in a sterile and climate-controlled environment allowing us to keep a close eye on the operation. Mushrooms and Microgreens are harvested at peak timing to ensure quality and freshness. We carefully inspect each batch to ensure freshness, and our packaging is designed to preserve their flavor and texture.
Can I order online?
Simply browse our online selection, select the products you desire and proceed to checkout. We will carefully package and have your order ready
for local pick up or you can select delivery. Sunday delivery is free with minimum $20 purchase. Subscription service comes with free delivery.
Do you offer shipping services?
Fresh mushrooms and microgreens are particularly delicate and have a very short shelf life; do to this, we highly recommend choosing curbside pick-up or Sunday delivery service. Freeze-dried products are available for shipping to Colorado residents only. Shipping options and costs will be displayed during the checkout process. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
