Description

Broccoli microgreens are great as a salad base, in soups, pizza and sandwiches. They have a slightly bitter taste – great for balancing out sweetness. Mild, fresh brocolli or cabbage flavor and makes a great garnish. Microgreens will generally keep 5 to 7 days stored in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
