Description

Nameko mushrooms are often used in soups, stews, and miso soups. They are also used as a topping for ramen, a filling for dumplings, or as a side dish. They have a savory, nutty flavor and a slightly crunchy texture. They will keep for a couple of weeks when stored in the refrigerator. After being cooked, they can be frozen for long-term storage.
