Description
These mushrooms have a mild, savory flavor well suited for cooked preparations, including sautéing, roasting, grilling, and stir-frying. They can also be stirred into pasta, breaded and fried, a substitute for seafood, a topping over pizza or burgers, or served as a side dish. They will keep for a couple of days when stored in in the refrigerator. After being cooked, they can be frozen for long term storage.
